1: Strip the cable. Stripping accuracy is relevant to all production tasks. Once there is an error, especially if the off-line specification is not long enough or too long, it will also lead to the maintenance of all processes, which is time-consuming and laborious, endangering productivity. Therefore, when stripping the wire, the off-line specifications and stripping specifications of the transmission line must be reasonably determined according to the needs of the engineering drawings.



2: Robot wire harness production and processing socket processing technology. According to the terminal type of the engineering drawing standard, clarify the main parameters of the socket, make the socket operation manual, indicate on the process document and learn and train the special requirements of the operator. For example, some transmission lines must pass through the sheath before the socket, must first own the transmission line, and then return from the built-in process to the socket; There are also puncture bushing with special bushing tools, which have good electrical contact characteristics. In addition, the tensile value of the terminal must be tested. If the tensile force does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to readjust the sleeve grinding tool.



3: Bring your own. First of all, prepare their own processing technology operating instructions. In order to ensure the high efficiency of the assembly process, the complex electronic wiring harness needs to set its own process. Whether the effectiveness of its own process directly affects the total assembly efficiency also reflects the technical strength of the processing personnel. If too few parts are installed or the installation of transmission lines is not scientific, it will also increase the workload of the total assembly personnel and slow down the speed of the production line. Therefore, processing personnel should stay at the scene regularly to reflect.

4: Final assembly process. According to the installation table, design scheme, tooling equipment and material box size specifications designed by the product development department, all serial numbers of the installation sheath and accessories are affixed to the material box to improve installation efficiency. Prepare the installation contents and regulations of each process, balance all assembly processes, avoid excessive work and pull down the speed of all production lines. The process must be balanced, and the processing personnel must be familiar with every practical operation, calculate the working time on site, and adjust the machining process anytime and anywhere.


Harness production is mainly divided into two forms: end pressure (sleeve) and molding reprocessing, there is no place best, we should be based on the electronic harness functional characteristics of the need for production and manufacturing. In addition, we must carry out quality inspection on the goods, detect the commonality of the cable, resistance value, working voltage, etc., to ensure the pass rate of new products and avoid the injection of unqualified products into the sales market.
